Er zullen tijdens deze workshop diverse technieken aangereikt worden voor het vastleggen van wolken en het licht op het water; hoe vertaal je dat? Hoe werkt het aspect licht/donker op het water waardoor je een atmosferisch perspectief krijgt?
Je kunt zelf al je materialen meenemen, zoals bijvoorbeeld zachte potloden (4B en hoger), houtskool, gum, verf (olieverf alleen met reukloze terpentine), papier of doek, maar wie dat niet wil is er voldoende materiaal in het atelier te koop.

Tussendoor is er de mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te nemen.
Lucht en Water
In deze workshop leer je een opzet maken voor een onderschildering voor een lucht en waterlandschap. Vervolgens leer je hoe verder te werken en gedetailleerder wolken en b.v reflecties in het water te schilderen. Diepte, hoe krijg je dat vlak nu plat? Nat in nat en daarna de kleur verdiepen, veranderen en tot een beeld maken.
Het is de bedoeling om op meerdere kleine doekjes te werken

During the workshop you’ll be offered several technics to capture the clouds and the light reflecting from the water, how can you translate this? How does the light and darkness on the water effect the atmospheric perspective in your painting.
You may bring your own material like soft pencils (4B and up), charcoal, eraser, paint and colours (if you bring oilpaint only scentless turpentine is allowed) , paper or canvas. These materials are for sale available in the atelier.

Sky and water
In this workshop you’ll be taught to make a base for a sky and water landscape. After that you’ll concentrate on painting the details of the clouds and for example the reflections in the water. Depth, how to do it. Wet in wet, than colours balancing and the making of the picture.
The goal is to work several small canvases.
